We are a collaborative ministry dedicated to uniting creators, leaders, and musicians globally to share the gospel through worship, creative media, and collaborative ministry. Our goal is to lift up Christ while uplifting, supporting, and promoting you and your ministry. By participating, you agree to the following terms, designed to keep our community safe, legal, and organized.

1. Promoting Your Platform & Ministry

We want our community to discover your unique voice and mission!

  • Public Promotion: Thread of Grace Worship will promote you by displaying your chosen name, ministry name, or handle, along with a social media or website link on our public releases. This specific feature promotion will be hosted exclusively on our official website and your content.
  • Your Original Work Stays Yours: You retain 100% ownership of your original compositions, teaching, lyrics, and melodies.
  • Privacy & Credits: No personal details or real names will be shared publicly without your explicit consent—we respect your privacy and want to credit you exactly how you prefer.

2. Grant of Rights & Master Ownership

To bring these collaborative projects to life, contributors voluntarily submit unpaid audio/video material.

  • Master Recording Ownership: While you retain ownership of your original material, Thread of Grace Worship owns 100% of the newly created collaborative master recordings, for example the cover of a song and video productions.
  • Distribution: You grant Thread of Grace Worship permission to record, edit, produce, publish, and distribute these collaborative projects across digital platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, streaming platforms, livestreams, shorts, and reels) under Section 22 KUG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Non-Monetization: These uploads are used for publication, ministry outreach, and ownership verification. Participation does not grant contributors platform monetization, royalties, or financial revenue. If you have a previously released or monetized version of a song or message, your existing monetization remains untouched and applies strictly to your original version.
  • Co-Hosting Revenue: Notwithstanding the non-monetization of collaborative master uploads, if we partner to co-host a live stream or joint event, any income received directly by you on your respective platform or channel is entirely yours to keep. Thread of Grace Worship claims no ownership over your independent, direct event revenue.

3. Future Growth

  • Individual Addendums: We look forward to growing together! As this project expands, or if unique opportunities arise for specific feature projects, additional individual addendums may be introduced on a case-by-case basis to tailor agreements to specific collaborative needs.
  • Collaborative Proposals: If you have specific ideas, unique project requirements, or custom distribution proposals moving forward, we welcome you to submit a proposal to us. We are always open to discussing custom addendums to support the unique needs of your ministry or platform.
  • Long-Term Agreement: This agreement applies to all your current and future contributions to Thread of Grace Worship unless amended in writing. It is governed under the jurisdiction of Germany.

4. Copyright, Platforms & Safety

Because we operate on public digital platforms, we must navigate automated copyright systems together:

  • Platform Restrictions: Major platforms use automated systems that may block, mute, or restrict cover songs or audio based on third-party publisher policies. Thread of Grace Worship is not responsible for these automated platform actions.
  • Song & Content Selection: To protect the project, we only use material that allows public digital performance. A song is generally safe if other creators have active, unblocked versions online. Content with known “blocked worldwide” or “copyright restricted” statuses cannot be used.
  • We’re Here to Help: If you are unsure about a specific song or backing track, send us the title for verification before recording! Alternatively, Thread of Grace Worship can supply a list of pre-approved worship tracks from our Official channel.

5. Prerecorded Submissions & Quality Standards

If you submit prerecorded audio or video material, you confirm the following:

  • Rights Clearances: You fully own the rights to the submitted material or have secured explicit permission from any involved collaborators (musicians, speakers, videographers, or producers).
  • No Infringing Material: No copyrighted third-party backing tracks, instrumentals, stems, samples, or AI-generated vocals/instrumentals have been used unless you hold a valid commercial license.
  • Content Integrity: We promise to respect your submission. Thread of Grace Worship will not alter your musical arrangement, lyrics, core message, or structure without your approval. We will only apply standard audio/video enhancements to ensure consistent, professional quality across the release.

6. Ministry Standards, Rehearsals & Revocation

  • Alignment & Vision: Thread of Grace Worship is dedicated to producing and sharing prophetic, Holy Spirit-led, and grace-filled content. To ensure we maintain this shared vision, all submitted content, teaching, and livestream contributions are reviewed. While we celebrate diverse voices, all features, stream publications, and profile inclusions remain subject to final approval to ensure they align with these specific spiritual and biblical standards.
  • Rehearsals: Internal rehearsals and planning sessions are a safe space and will never be published without your explicit, separate consent.
  • Revocation: You may update your profile information or request changes to your links at any time. If you choose to revoke your consent for participation in the project, it will apply strictly to future, unreleased recordings. To maintain the integrity of the collective, previously published collaborative content will remain online indefinitely unless removal is required for legal or specific ministry reasons.
